They wait until pain becomes unbearable, until irregularities become impossible to ignore, until a problem that was manageable becomes complex. This blog is my appeal to you — do not wait.
An occasional irregular cycle is normal. But consistent irregularity — skipping months, extremely heavy flow, or cycles shorter than 21 days — can indicate hormonal imbalance, PCOS, or thyroid issues. Early diagnosis changes outcomes.

A new lump in the breast or pelvis, a change in skin texture, or unexplained weight changes — these always need evaluation. Early detection is the single most powerful tool in women's health.
